Rental Rules

1. Boat rentals are at your own risk. G.T. Rentals is not responsible for personal injury or loss of property. Participation in boating activities may be dangerous. Management reserves the right to deny rental.



2. Person renting boat must be 18 years or older.Must present valid ID and valid credit card. Person Renting Jet Ski must be 25 years or older.

3. Maximum capacity - Jet Skis-3 person , Yamaha AR190 & AR192- 8 person, 21-foot pontoon- 10 person, 22-foot- 12 person

4. Texas law requires all jet ski riders to wear life jackets at all times while riding. All children under the age of 13 must wear a life jacket while on any vessel under 26 foot.

5. Wearing of life vests at all times helps reduce the risk of drowning.

6. No animals on any of our rentals. 

7. Renter will be required to reimburse G.T. Rentals for all damaged or lost equipment.Reimbursements will be at
replacement costs.

8. Rental equipment shall not taken outside of the agreed rental areas.

9. Upon return of your rental please ensure that you have removed all personal items and that it is in the same condition upon return. Renter will be charged any clean up or damage fees as needed.

10. All boats/jet skis and equipment must be returned at agreed time. Additional charges will accrue for each additional 15 minutes at the rates listed in your contract..
